Yes, the indoor space is approximately 4,000 square feet, and the outside covered deck area is an additional 1,800 square feet.
The SHORE PIER can be rented “a la carte” allowing you to create the event you’ve visioned. The only caveat is your Vendor’s much register with the SHORE PIER before providing services to an event and will pay a LANDMARK FEE.
You can bring in your own alcohol once you have obtained a Special Event Permit through the BC Liquor and Cannabis Branch. No home brewed products can be served.
