The views of the Tofino inlet were absolutely stunning, the deck offered a space for fresh air, and the indoor layout was perfect. We had 60 guests and it felt so cozy and intimate all while having space. Our guests loved the accordion door that opened to the patio, and were truly impressed with the space! Tom was friendly and easy to communicate with. We couldn’t have picked a better venue!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My fiance and I were especially grateful for Tom at the Shore Pier when the weather took a turn on our wedding weekend. We imagined a beach ceremony but with the weather having other plans; we were left scrambling for a backup plan. Luckily; the Shore Pier had no events scheduled on our wedding day which felt like a miracle. Tom was incredibly patient and reasonable with us as we made our final decision to move our ceremony location. We couldn’t be more grateful. The Shore pier is a beautiful spot along the water, covered incase of weather emergencies like we had but still allowing us to be outside in beautiful Tofino!

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes

Is parking available for guests?

Limited to 4-spaces

Do you offer accommodations for overnight
guests?

We offer room accommodations through our partner, Tofino Resort & Marina

What time can I get access to the facility?

If you’ve rented the venue on the daily rate, you get access at 9:00 a.m. If you have rented by the hour, then the access is arranged according to your hourly booking.

Can we leave things in the centre overnight?

Yes, though anything this is left overnight must be consolidated into one area as the cleaners come in about 6:00 a.m. the following morning to prepare the space for the next rental.

Can I host both indoor and outdoor events at your venue?

Yes, the SHORE PIER has a covered deck area.

Are there restrictions on bringing outside
vendors or caterers?

No, as long as the caterer registers their services through THE SHORE PIER

What is your policy on alcohol service and
bringing in our own drinks?

Yes, though alcohol can not be served on site unless you’ve acquired a Special Event Permit, or you are using a catering company that has liquor licensing

Is there a curfew?

Yes, due to noise bylaws in Tofino, events must end at midnight
